We’re delighted to announce HRH The Duke of Edinburgh as Patron of The Duke of Edinburgh’s International Award, globally.

The Duke achieved his own Gold Award in 1986 and has been a Trustee for both charities since 1988 – meeting countless young people and volunteers to hear about the impact their DofE has had on them.

The Duke shares our belief that – with the right opportunities and support – young people’s potential is limitless.

Under his patronage, we’ll continue our work to give every young person the life-changing chance to do their DofE – expanding our reach and working to remove barriers for at risk young people.
